Our Story

5 Alarm Outdoor Services was established in 2021 by local firefighters Brody Morris and Ty Tolbert. What began as a small side gig for Brody, under a different brand, has blossomed into a thriving business offering a wide range of services, including temporary holiday lighting, permanent lighting, and gutter cleaning. Drawing from our experience as firefighters and paramedics, we have embraced our core values of reliability, attitude, customer experience, quality, honesty, and integrity to guide us on this journey. Brody Morris

Co-Owner & Sales

Brody Morris was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and is the co-owner of 5 Alarm Outdoor Services. He launched 343 Christmas Lights in 2021 after gaining experience installing lights in Texas. In 2022, 343 evolved into what is now 5 Alarm. Brody moved to the Florida Panhandle in 2020 and currently serves as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Midway Fire District. When he’s not working one of his many jobs, Brody enjoys spending time with his two kids, hunting, and playing golf. He oversees sales and customer relations for 5 Alarm Outdoor Services.

Ty Tolbert

Co-Owner & Operations

Ty is the co-owner of 5 Alarm Outdoor Services. He was born and raised in Navarre, Florida, and currently serves as a Captain/Paramedic with the Midway Fire District. Ty is also a proud father of two and enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not on rooftops. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoys beating Brody at golf whenever he can. Ty oversees the operations side of 5 Alarm, ensuring quality work every time.

Jenson VanCise

General Manager

Jenson VanCise is the General Manager of 5 Alarm. He was born and raised in Titusville, Pennsylvania. In 1995, Jenson enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a Fire Protection specialist. His military career took him all over the world—from Okinawa and Hawaii to Europe, Central America, and the Middle East. His final assignment was at Hurlburt Field AFB. After 20 years of service, he retired and chose to make Northwest Florida his home. Jenson currently serves as a Firefighter/EMT with the Midway Fire District. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Ashley, their son, Noah, and their three dogs.
